Great Stay as a whole family at Great Wolf Cincinnati- We stayed for the first time at this location over the weekend and really enjoyed it. Rooms were renovated and clean and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We had an initial issue upon arrival, spoke directly to the manager, James, and he did his best to make things right and see that we were taken care of! A few tips - Order through the app to skip line time for food, especially Dunkin in the morning. Pizza is pretty solid and Lodge Grill loaded nachos, burgers, and pizza cookie are bangin! Bring your own Bubble wands for the dance party if you don’t want to purchase from the resort but still want to have some fun Arcade, put-put and bowling are less busy in the morning right when the water park opens Ice machine is currently on the bottom floor- plan accordingly Overall it’s a kids resort so be prepared for noise and waiting occasionally otherwise it’s a ton of fun!

We love this location. We prefer this over the Sandusky location because of the bigger slides and wave pool and it's more accommodating to older kids. Dining here is top notch. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and has a great selection. The food in the Waterpark is delicious and we always love finishing the night off with pizza and wings from Hungry Like a Wolf ( which is very reasonably priced). The arcade is a blast to play in with games suitable for every age. Only downside is the cost of credits and the amount of credits per game. also if management is reading can you please make sure your prizes are labeled correctly for how many tickets they cost. Very confusing in that area. Staff is friendly and the common areas are always very clean. Late check out was great to have.

We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio from 12/23 to 12/26 and had a fantastic experience. Our large room was advertised to sleep eight, and it truly delivered. With seven in our group, we had more than enough space, and everything was spotless and comfortable. The water park was the highlight. We rode every slide multiple times, and the wait times were always reasonable. The entire lodge was clean, well-maintained, and full of activities, so we never felt the need to leave the property. Our kids especially loved the arcade, spending nearly an entire day playing games and collecting prizes. The staff stood out for being exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food and drinks on site, finding everything tasty and fairly priced. The only thing we skipped was the Christmas dinner buffet, as $50 per person felt too expensive for what was being offered, but one of the other restaurants on the property worked just fine for us. Overall, the variety of kid-friendly activities, the great service, and the fun atmosphere made this a memorable family trip. We will definitely be booking another stay.

Great place for the whole family to have fun. Pack easy to fix (microwave or cold) snacks and meals to make in your room if you don't want to break the bank eating at the hotel. You can have a great time taking advantage of the water park and the free activities for the kids like dance parties and story time. Or you can go all out and buy the packages that include food and paid activities. Either way it's a great time.

I had a great time at great wolf lodge! The Waterpark was fabulous, well maintained and clean. The lodge has fun activities for kids which is awesome! And the rooms were stunning and well kept. Big thanks to the staff for being so friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend visiting this lodge, i think it's a great opportunity for a family trip! Thanks Great wolf lodge!!

So much to do at this kid friendly resort! Water rides are so much fun and the wave pool is a blast for our little ones. Our kids love floating down the lazy river and hitting up the arcade after the water park closes for the day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean and our kids loved the kids cabin. You do have to pay for parking but honestly what resort or amusement park can you visit with no parking fees? We love GWL!

What a great time we had! We are a family of five--two adults, three kids (ages 8, 5, and 3). We booked through Groupon. We added on the breakfast/lunch/dining package, plus the birthday package. All in all, after the room, $15 room upgrade, dining, $25 at the arcade, $20 locker, and souvenirs, it was $500 for one night. BUT that included two days at the waterpark and all our food. We count this as a win! I highly recommend this for people with littles. Everything is so well taken care of and thought out. Everything with their app, and "tap" bracelets are great. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the kids had a blast. If you are wanting to save money, there are TONS of restaurants/fast food places in the area if you'd rather eat somewhere else. The room also had a great mini fridge, microwave, and wet bar so I could see people bringing their own food if you were trying to do it on the cheap. 5 stars, would definitely go again! The only negative: When you stay in a hotel full of kids, be prepared for constant banging/running around at night. Haha I'm pretty sure it only got "quiet" from 12am-6am.

We have a great long weekend at Great Wolf Lodge. Our kids (4 and 1.5) loved the waterpark so much we hope to return annually. The food onsite was fine and reasonably priced. There are a lot of add-ons, some of which should possibly be standard, but our kids were young enough not to feel like they were missing out on anything.
